I contacted them through Booking.com about a week ago and still haven’t had a reply. There’s no staff or reception when you arrive, and no instructions either. After my first night, I can say the mattress is impossible to sleep on. It’s the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had, and I couldn’t get any rest. The Wi-Fi is awful and extremely slow, even cutting out when I watch a YouTube video or get a WhatsApp message.
