Landhaus Pichler

Landhaus Pichler is in a fantastic spot, just minutes from the center of Ruhpolding. It’s still peaceful there, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The farmhouse is beautiful and historic, and the host family are very friendly and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

We spent a week in Ruhpolding over New Year’s with our family, and would gladly return. The apartment was charmingly furnished, with comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with more than enough. It was centrally located but quiet, with a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants all within walking distance. The Pichler family were lovely hosts and helped us plan excursions with their insider tips. We felt very comfortable there.

We’d love to come back. The host was super friendly, and the place was clean and cozy with everything we needed. Parking and bicycle storage were available. It’s close to the town center, with train and bus stops just around the corner.

This was my second stay in five years, and Landhaus Pichler still impresses me. It’s right in the heart of Ruhpolding, central but quiet, and you can get around town on foot, by bike, bus, train, or car. I’ll definitely stay here again. The Chiemgau region is becoming a top holiday destination in Germany. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The bathrooms have been recently renovated, and the whole house is impeccably clean. From the balconies and terraces, you can see the farm’s charming orchard and the Rauschberg mountain panorama. E-bikes can be stored and charged in a dedicated garage within the house. You can tell the house is run with heart. Mrs. Pichler is ready to listen to what you need, knows the area well, and has plenty of activity suggestions. In my opinion, the value for money is excellent.
