A regular budget hotel in a beautiful city, Passau, at the German-Austrian border.

The owners run this family hotel, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. I felt welcome as soon as I checked in. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. If you're happy with a boiled egg, there's everything else you could wish for. The rooms are large and have balconies. The furniture is a little dated, but sturdy and perfectly fine. The safe and shutters are welcome extras. I'd gladly come back.

We were greeted very warmly, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the thermal baths. Breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely come back.

The owner and his daughter gave us lots of information, and breakfast was very good and delicious. They catered to our every wish. We were warmly welcomed, and our beautiful room had a bathroom and balcony. There's an elevator as well. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!

Warn was present on New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful stay in a quiet location with a very family-run atmosphere. The welcome was warm and friendly, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. No complaints. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, and best regards.
