I was especially upset that our personal belongings, forgotten in the room, were not returned to us. That shouldn’t happen in a 4 star hotel, and honestly, it made me angry. The hotel itself was lovely. We spent one night here with my husband and kids on our way to Italy. I really appreciated the family room with two separate rooms. Ours matched the pictures, was clean, and was in good condition. The wellness area was amazing, with a large pool and a quiet, pleasant spa. You can relax outside after the sauna. The restaurant had a nice dinner menu, and the open breakfast buffet offered lots of options, including yogurts, pancakes, müsli, and fresh omelets. At times, the reception staff could have been warmer.

The food was very good, and service was impeccable at both the hotel and restaurant. We ended up here for the last night of our 21 day roadtrip after our original hotel cancelled us, and we were quite happy with the find. The room was clean, nice, and had a great balcony, though we found the design a bit boring, so minus one star. The spa was excellent, with two different saunas. Recommended!

It’s very quiet here, so we slept easily with the balcony door open. The staff are really friendly and seem to remember all the little details. There’s a separate breakfast area for people with dogs. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. You can choose a parking spot in the garage under the hotel for an extra fee when you book. The only suggestion I have is to add more EV chargers there, since the current ones fill up quickly when the garage is full. Load sharing could help avoid needing extra power capacity.

I only stayed one night, but I liked the hotel. The staff were lovely, and because it was my husband’s birthday, we received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The room was comfortable and clean, with a mountain view. Excellent breakfast was included, and there’s a sauna and swimming pool.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had enough variety for most preferences. We had a pleasant stay at a reasonable price and I’d come back. I was there for four nights of hiking. The room was large and quiet, with a balcony, a great shower, and a comfortable chair with an ottoman. The bed was comfortable too, with one soft pillow and one firm one. The pool and sauna were good, though I didn’t use the fitness room. I did miss having an electric kettle for tea or coffee after a day out walking. The steam bath didn’t seem to be working properly and produced little steam. I reported it on the first day, but it didn’t improve much.
