We were greeted so warmly. A lovely house, and the landlady was really nice.

I was honestly shocked, haha. I asked Haus Alpenland whether they had a room free at the end of August. After I introduced myself with a good day and my name, the reply was just, “What is it?” Then I got a plain “No” to my question.

I got my money back, but the whole thing was a shame. I booked and paid, only to find there wasn't a room available, and communication after that was really difficult. You could tell some people were fed up. Greetings from derralf.
