Aparthotel Villa am Konzertgarten

The central location in town was perfect. I had a very pleasant stay, and it was easy to arrive thanks to the ample parking. Checking in late wasn't a problem either. The apartment had everything we needed, was practical and comfortable, and was always clean and well looked after. We also had a small breakfast, just right for starting the day on our sea-view balcony. A special thanks to the friendly service team. I left something behind, and the hotel sent it to me quickly and without any hassle. That felt very considerate and customer-focused. I can highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.

We felt very comfortable in our apartment, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, right by the beach and not far from the center. Many thanks to the owner for the lovely concept and especially for the delicious breakfast. We'll definitely book here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which was cleaner and more luxurious than we'd expected. The bed was huge and comfortable, and we had the sea view we'd booked separately. A simple little breakfast was also included, even though we hadn't asked for it, which was a nice extra. Communication with the aparthotel was easy, and they replied to emails straight away. The key box made evening check-in simple. Parking is available, but I'm not sure there are enough spaces in peak season. We had trouble finding one at the beginning of May. The standout moment came after we left something expensive and important in the room. The staff immediately offered a very friendly, accommodating solution. Be friendly, and you'll get friendliness back. Maybe some reviewers are used to expecting too much. It was simply perfect, and I'd definitely come back. The hotel is very close to the beach. If there had been a performance in the concert garden, we'd have had a perfect view without paying.

The staff were really helpful, warm, and courteous, and the extra breakfast was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, with a great view of the sea. The accommodation sits in a beautiful spot right by the water, conveniently between Kühlungsborn East and West. We'd happily come back. :)
