Hotel Almrausch

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and great value for the price. The staff were so kind and welcoming that it felt like being looked after by a loving grandma. We were checking out near the end of breakfast time, but they still invited us to sit down, enjoy a meal, and even have more food. That kind of generosity and hospitality is rare, and I really appreciated it. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were using the hotel as a stop on the way to Slovenia, but the 2023 floods sadly canceled that plan, so we had to switch to a campsite, which we weren't particularly happy about. We were worried supplies there would be limited, and the service helped us out in that unfortunate situation. They were genuinely caring and nice. The room was cozy, tidy, and completely clean. I spent a long time looking at the German and Austrian Alps from the location because the view was fascinating. Breakfast was delicious, and although we didn't have dinner there, they pointed us to some really good places for it. This hotel deserves five stars, without a doubt. Thanks for the service 🫶

I stayed here on my own while exploring Berchtesgaden, and would definitely recommend the hotel. It's a nice, small place just a five-minute walk from the railway station. The rooms were clean, with lovely mountain views, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and generous.

It was exceptionally clean inside, with a warm atmosphere, and the customer care was the standout. They were extremely helpful with what I needed. The price was a fraction of what I'd charge if it were mine. Absolutely recommend.
