They treated me really well when I had to cancel because I was sick. Even though it was only two days before arrival and a cancellation fee could have applied, they waived the entire charge. I can't say anything about the accommodation itself, but I'd happily book with them again. That's how you look after a customer.

The facilities were spotless and I'd recommend them. The place is right by the lake and thermal baths, and there's parking in the underground garage.

We had a lovely stay. The holiday apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, plus a big balcony with an awning. It's right across from the thermal baths. We'd definitely recommend it, everything was just right.

The landlord was really friendly and helpful, and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all the basics, including dishes, pots, pans, a toaster and a stove, just as described. We also loved the big covered balcony with its awning, table and comfortable chairs. We could sit outside even when it rained. We'd gladly recommend it and will definitely book again. đź‘Ť

We felt very comfortable here and would stay again. I was especially pleased with how clean it was, much better than at places I'd stayed before. From the balcony, you can see the thermal baths.
