After a peaceful night, you can start the day with a generous and very good breakfast. This cozy guesthouse has such friendly hosts that you feel at home right away. Always worth visiting.

Bad Sachsa is a beautiful place, with lots of lovely things for families with children to do. Pension Südharz is on a quiet little side street, and the landlady is a really, really lovely person. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to another visit to the beautiful Harz Mountains. Breakfast at the guesthouse was delicious and plentiful too.

The owner seems to know what you need before you ask, and special requests are always welcome. It’s a lovingly run guesthouse in a central location, great for hiking. Highly recommended.

My son and I have stayed here twice now and felt just as comfortable on our second visit. The hostess and her family are wonderful and very helpful. Everything we needed was there, and both the rooms and breakfast room are decorated with lovely attention to detail. Breakfast is generous and served in a cozy setting. There’s plenty to do nearby, from enjoying nature to swimming or visiting other places. We’ll definitely be back for a third stay!

We all felt so comfortable here and would love to come back! The rooms are roomy and bright, and the beds are heavenly. Even the single rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished.
