We froze all night because the heating in our room didn’t work. The next day they told us they couldn’t fix it and offered a worse, smaller room instead. We asked for some kind of refund, but they refused. Horrible place, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Stay far away!

8/10
A good, clean place for a quiet stay. The rooms may be on the small side, but they’re being updated one by one and are clean. The employees are very kind and helpful.

The room was nice and clean, with a new, simple design. Breakfast was ordinary, and there wasn’t much variety.

A nice place for a family of five, with a good breakfast.
