8/10
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a nice range at breakfast. The hotel sits in a peaceful area near the town center, with plenty of places to eat and shops. It could use some updating, though, with a very 70s look and uneven floors in the rooms. Also, a few of the older guests were, amusingly enough, quite judgemental.

A good place to stay at a reasonable cost. The surrounding area has lovely natural scenery.

The service and rooms were good, though the sheets felt plasticky.

The thermal baths are just around the corner, and there are several restaurants in the village center. We had a great weekend at this beautiful hotel and would definitely return, maybe for a girls' weekend next time. Our room was bright, lovely, and really clean. The whole place has a charming atmosphere. The owner and team were warm, open, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic too. Highly recommended.
