Clean and cheap.

I lived there for almost a year while homeless, and it was a complete nightmare. I was sexually harassed by the men, and the cleaning lady pressured me to do her cleaning work. When I refused, she verbally abused me. When I moved out, an incompetent employee stole my e-bike, so I had to file a police report. The room was dirty and disgusting, and the people were unfriendly. It felt comparable to a refugee shelter. Lots of things in my room were broken: the wardrobe was close to collapsing, and a hole in the window left broken glass everywhere. My small dog cut his eye and needed treatment from a vet.

In Room 201, the light doesn't work and someone has put up an LED strip instead. The bathroom heating is completely broken, while the room only gets lukewarm even when turned up. The bed looks homemade, and there's a draft at the balcony door. It can be pushed open from outside and won't lock. There's an empty light socket over the bed. No TV. Warning, this feels like a rip-off. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

This is a charming, stylish hostel, and the helpful staff are always ready to assist. The rooms are simply furnished but have a refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, and chest of drawers, which makes them handy for self-catering. Breakfast isn't provided, though there are lots of restaurants and bakeries close by, and supermarkets are an easy walk too. The bathrooms are fantastic, with marble and large bathtubs; some rooms also have showers. The hostel is open. Highly recommended.
