TH39 Trend Hotel

We had everything we needed for a nice holiday or work trip, and the stay was very pleasant.

There was no response at all to our message to the hotel, not even an apology or a standard reply. That felt completely disrespectful. The room itself was freezing when we arrived, and even with the heat turned all the way up, it took eight (!) hours to become halfway comfortable. There were dead flies in the bathroom, and the trash hadn't been emptied, which was a hygienic disaster. My partner had specifically booked a Double Superior room, but what we got didn't meet even the minimum standard. There were only a few dishes, and no dish soap or sponges to clean them with. We couldn't find a bottle opener or corkscrew either. The refrigerator was broken and so noisy that we had to switch it off overnight.

The room was spacious, clean, and had stylish furnishings. Getting in was flexible and easy thanks to the self-check-in, and the place felt modern and well-organized. A comfortable, hassle-free option for a weekend.

We drove about fifteen minutes to Frankfurt for a concert, so the location worked well for us. The hotel is in an industrial estate, though that didn't bother me at night. Check-in is contactless through a screen, with the needed codes sent in advance. Our roomy place had a kitchenette, and both the room and shower were very clean and tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hotel.
