The staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was pleasant, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar that even had chocolate. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the lake, a lovely place to get some fresh air, walk, and look for wildlife.

The rooms have been newly decorated with good taste, and the staff were friendly. The hotel mainly caters to organized trips, so the set menu is limited, but that worked for me. The food was excellent.

We felt comfortable right away on our first visit and will definitely come back. The staff welcomed us warmly and quickly showed us to our room. Our dog was welcome too, and with prior arrangement we could bring him to breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, which is in its own charming Alpine-style room. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pool is a little small, but still fine for relaxing. And the lovely Christmas decorations were enchanting.
