I spent four nights here and had a wonderful time. The hotel felt like stepping into the history of a family business run across generations, and the view from my room and the location made the stay unforgettable. The spa was a lovely afternoon treat, and the new facility was kept very clean. At night I left my door open so I could hear the river. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, hosted by the hotel. Restaurants, shops, and thermal spas are just a quick two-minute walk away. I'd highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Bad Wildbad.

A very good stay in a prime central location, with value beyond the price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I recommend visiting this hotel.

The dinner is highly recommended. Everything is home-cooked, with very good quality and taste. The rooms are standard three-star, but clean, and the beds are new. You get a resident parking permit, which lets you park free on the street. Palas Therme is 80 metres away. The thermal baths are stylish and beautiful, while the sauna area was a bit disappointing, with two small saunas.

The spa area is lovely, the treatments are fantastic, and the food is delicious. This is a charmingly run hotel in a great city location, easily reached by public transport, with just 220 steps to the S-Bahn. I'd love to return!
