We felt at ease right away thanks to Mr. Grade’s very charming welcome. The place was quiet and clean, and breakfast was fantastic, with gluten-free bread for me as a celiac. There was also a selection of really fine coffees.

The food itself tastes great, no complaints there. After the long delivery mess, they apologized politely several times, both the restaurant and the driver. They sent us a €15 voucher and a personal note by mail, and when we ordered again, they included two free desserts. The first time, they quoted 30 to 45 minutes. After 80 minutes we called, and were told the driver was on the way. That was a lie. At 120 minutes we called again, only to learn the food hadn’t even been prepared. This could have been avoided if they’d been honest from the start. You have to put up with being lied to here, and that’s unacceptable.

Amina caktim, my colleagues haven’t had Red Bull or Granini since Atatürk passed away, hahaha. Otherwise everything’s fine, including delivery to Essen and so on. Too bad.

The food arrived quickly and tasted really good. The gentleman who handed it over was very friendly. I’d definitely order again and highly recommend it.

We’ve ordered food from Lieferando many times and it’s generally all good. Our favorites are the pizzas, tarte flambée, and salads. I’ve rarely had salads this good with dressing. The tarte flambée dough is somewhat like pizza dough, which makes it even better. Keep it up, we’ll definitely order again!
