At Le Anfore, we had a really comfortable stay in spacious rooms, and breakfast was included and very good. The staff were so friendly, including the owners, who spoke German, English, and Vietnamese. We also ate downstairs at the restaurant. The Italian food was good quality and very reasonably priced.

Saturday evening turned sour. We waited an hour for a place, then another hour for the ravioli and bruschetta. The food was literally disgusting, especially the ravioli, which was like paper with cheap tomato sauce. When we said we didn't like it, the waiter was rude. I had to go outside. Service gets 0, food 0, and the long wait gets 1. I don't recommend this restaurant at all.

Lovely setting and friendly service, with very good food at the Ristorante.

The online booking website somehow failed to register our reservation, even though we were meant to stay the night and have dinner. It was a public holiday, and they and nearly everywhere else were full. Antonio and his mother kindly found us a room at a nearby pension and served us an excellent Italian meal, beautifully presented, with antipasti to start. We can't thank them enough for getting us through that night. The Chianti was excellent too.

Whenever I'm visiting the Bad Windsheim area, I often eat here. It's one of my favorite choices in town, in a quaint restaurant with a good location. The food is amazing, especially the salmon.
