The staff were fantastic and saved us a very spacious parking spot for our trailer, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay, though breakfast was a little sparse when we got up.

We loved the quiet room and the beds were very comfortable. From the hotel, you can head straight into The Therme Spa in the robe and towels provided at reception. There are several pools, including a sea salt pool and a lovely, relaxing whirlpool, plus a steam room. Breakfast was delicious, with something for everyone, and you can order an omelette or eggs over easy. The staff were friendly and professional, and the owners made a real effort to help every guest feel special and enjoy their stay. The area is beautiful, too. I’d happily stay here again on a future visit to Germany, and recommend the hotel.

The hotel is connected to the Franken Therme, which was already a big plus, and our room was nice and roomy, with plenty of storage and a large bathroom with a tub for two. The service made the stay, though. The ladies at reception and in the bar and restaurant were wonderful, and the cleaning team was just as kind and helpful. They worked hard to find us a place to stay, then took great care of us. I’d give the staff an even higher rating if I could.

We love spending time at the Therme, and getting in from the hotel is so convenient. We try to come every couple of months for a long weekend. The hotel is beautiful and clearly cared for with love, and the owner makes sure you feel special.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a balcony, and the staff have been awesome and speak lots of languages. Breakfast is free and really spot on, and there's free parking and Wi-Fi too. Awesome experience so far!
