Julia at reception was quick to help with everything we needed. We also had a lovely view while dining, and the grounds were nice for a walk. We had a fabulous first visit to Germany and will absolutely come back with friends and family. The rooms felt refreshed and modern, and there was a great variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Ben Moula recommended a wine that we really enjoyed. We had a lot of laughs at the lobby bar, where the fantastic hostess Ben Moula made the evenings fun and welcoming. He also shared lots of interesting things about this wonderful hotel. Thanks to all the Tanneck Team. We’d recommend it 100%.

The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, and we had a great time chatting with Ben Moula, who was so friendly. We spent every night at the bar and found everyone there amazing and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We’d stay here again on our next visit!

The extra charges came as a surprise because no one had clearly explained them, either before my stay or while I was there. The lack of clarity around the pricing really overshadowed the experience.

The hotel’s Bavarian style and service have an old-fashioned feel, which I really liked. This is a great area for experiencing traditional Germany, with lots of places nearby to explore.
