We spent a lovely afternoon on the big terrace, watching the sailors even in the heat. The house is about 3 metres from the water, with a direct lake and jetty view from both the living room and bedroom. This kind of direct lakeside spot is reserved exclusively for Zwischenahner villa owners around the lake! There’s the "Wels" restaurant downstairs, where you can get light meals and delicious cakes 😉. It’s a great area for cycling and day trips. You can walk or ride along the water, take the lovely wooden path to the spa gardens, or stroll into town. This was our 7th visit to Zwischenahn, and it won’t be the last. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. The one drawback was no Wi-Fi in the apartment, though it was available in and around the spa gardens and in Wels.

It’s a very quiet place to stay and a handy starting point for walks or bike rides into Bad Zwischenahn, or for tours around Lake Zwischenahn.

The large balcony looks out over the water, with a fantastic view of Lake Zwischenahner. A very nice holiday apartment.
