Apartment 1 was quiet, but still close to the town center, and fresh rolls were only a few steps away. We had a great long weekend there. The rooms are bright and spacious, with a fantastic rooftop terrace, and the bathroom had a new walk-in shower that was wonderful. The kitchen is small but adequate since we only made coffee, and there was plenty of crockery and dishes. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Excellent all around!

Guesthouse Vanessa has seven different apartments, each with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and either a terrace or balcony. In apartment 5, the bathroom radiator is rusted. The guesthouse belongs to Hotel La Mer, which has single and double rooms with breakfast included. Double rooms start at €59 per person, while apartments start at €65 a day depending on size. Breakfast is good, and there’s an indoor pool, a large garden, and parking. The dinner menu is small, and the dishes are too expensive. You get one bottle of mineral water free, but charging €3.50 for two or more bottles is too much.

The Tammen family made us feel so welcome. We spent nearly a week in Apartment 2 and felt completely at home. Thank you so much. We’d love to come back.

I wouldn’t recommend Apartment 5!!!
