It’s a pleasure to return here. The breakfasts are delicious, the hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff are very hospitable. Everything you need is close by, thanks to the excellent location. Many thanks!

The desk staff are super cool and helpful, and the city card was a nice bonus for us. I come here often and love the hotel’s nostalgic feel. They’re planning to renovate soon, but considering the price and location, it’s great.

The location of Hotel Bischoff is excellent, just a short walk from the Caracalla Therme, and the room was clean and decent. Check-in took a little figuring out because it’s done at another nearby hotel, but once you know where to go, it’s manageable. The mattress was extremely soft and worn, the worst I’ve experienced. I ended up sleeping on the floor to avoid back pain, which really affected my stay. I’d definitely come back if they replaced the mattresses, since the location is so good and everything else was fine.

The location is great, but the room and service cost too much. The bathroom wasn't great either: the shower tray kept blocking and the toilet moved. I asked for shampoo and was given just one small bottle, with staff saying they didn't have much. Breakfast was very poor.

Maria kindly found us a fan and kettle for the room, and breakfast was generous and included. The hotel was spotless and sits right across from the spa. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.
