We were eight people spending the weekend in two apartments, one on the ground floor and one penthouse. Both were lovely, spacious, very clean, bright, and cozy, with big windows and balconies. The ground-floor place had high ceilings and a special feel; the penthouse was more modern and also very nice. There were basic kitchen supplies, plus coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper. Check-in and checkout were easy and smooth. Our host Mikhail was always friendly and quick to reply throughout the weekend. He speaks Russian and German, which was very handy. The house is up on a hill, so walking from the city center can be quite a workout, especially without a car or with big luggage. A car, taxi, or bus is the way to go. Thanks again, and we hope to come back!

We spent almost a week at the Lilienmatt apartments and couldn’t find any shortcomings. I’d rate the accommodation 9.5 out of 10. The location is lovely, near forest walking trails, surrounded by fancy villas, with a beautiful view. Mikhail, the manager, was friendly and flexible. The bed was perfect for me and my wife. I usually get back problems from soft mattresses elsewhere, but this one worked really well for me. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new, and there’s satellite TV. We rented e-bikes from Mikhail, which made it easy to explore the city center. If I return to Baden - Baden, we’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment for a while in 2012. Those were beautiful nights and unforgettable days. It felt like a warm home, with carefully chosen furniture, and the location was wonderful. We also stayed on the first floor in 2016, but we liked the ground floor much more.

Michael made the stay especially easy. He was always available, answered our questions, and helped whenever we needed something. The apartment itself was carefully and tastefully renovated, with comfort and style working well together. We felt at ease as soon as we arrived, and the whole experience went beyond what we expected. We’d gladly return to Lilienmatt Apartments. Best wishes from Stuttgart.
