Park Hotel & Spa Katharina

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from reception through to the restaurant team. The room was spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and would definitely return. Cassiopeia Therme is worth visiting and within walking distance. Thanks for such a lovely weekend!

The place was spotless, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. We stayed four nights and got brilliant service from the whole team, from reception to the restaurant and bar. The room service staff were especially helpful. Valencia was very helpful in German, French, or English, and the head guy at the Resto is quite a character. It's a beautiful part of the world. Many thanks to the team, we'll be back soon.

The village is quiet and sleepy, with lovely surroundings, and in the end I had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful employees and the great company I was with. The managers' hospitality was below par, though the employees were excellent, incredibly kind and hardworking, and did everything they could to make the stay pleasant. The room labeled for disabled guests didn't meet the standard it should. Showering from a wheelchair was impossible because there were no guardrails, and even with professional assistance I couldn't take a shower. Several facilities, including the terrace, restaurant, and bar, were closed during the day.

The hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were with a bicycling group for two nights, and dinner on the first evening was lovely, with a choice of salmon or chicken. Breakfast was the usual selection of meats, cheeses, and breads. Our room had an outdoor patio and a drying rack, which was handy for our wet bicycling gear.
