The people here made the stay. They clearly care about their place, and the hospitality was some of the best I've had in a while. It's a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable base for exploring different hiking areas in the Black Forest. Breakfast kept me going for three days of hikes: bread, cheeses, meats, a soft-boiled egg, plus muesli, granola, yogurt, jelly and other things. There was always a carafe of coffee ready. I hadn't heard of the Schwartzwald Plus card (Konus?), but the hosts helped me use it to explore more. It led to unplanned experiences in Alpirsbach and Mehliskopf, including a free downhill cart ride. It also made me think about coming back for other things, like a Black Forest Cake baking class. I love the hiking, and this stay gave me more of the Black Forest to discover. I hope I can return someday.

Really good value, and the breakfast was great. The owners were kind and helpful, so I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the schwarzewald area.

A little landhaus in Baiersbronn with just the right accommodation and breakfast. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the Schwartzwald karte came in handy. The waterfalls are wonderful!

There are lots of things to do around here, and the scenery is beautiful. I found the rooms clean, the breakfast great, and the host very attentive. The bathroom was a bit small, but I had a very nice stay.
