The breakfast was good and sufficient, with what you'd need: coffee, milk, muesli, bread and rolls, cold cuts and cheese, fruit and fruit salad, plus a toaster, juice, and eggs. The Czech staff were very nice and friendly. Still, our room was freezing, and you'll absolutely need a thick sweater. The bathroom was cold, with only electric heating and very dim light. The room was cheaply furnished, with camping chairs and a small, dirty wooden table, though the wardrobe was decent and the beds were okay. We were told our room was apparently the only one with its own bathroom and wardrobe. The room's location was poor too. It was noisy, with flickering lights, and faced a main road. A Christmas tree in front of the hotel flickered at night, which was very disturbing, and the windows didn't block out the light properly. There were also visible traces of minor room alterations, including wall plugs and a patch of a different color. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently but still looks very cheap. It was adequate for a single night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The hostess even went out of her way to get us a beer after work, which was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic stay at "the old school". Our room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. Thanks so much!

We ate dinner at a nearby café within walking distance. The room was clean, though a little rustic, and I enjoyed the stay enough that I'd definitely come back. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived by bike, and after we handwashed our clothes, they dried them for us when we asked. The sauna wasn't in use, so they let us leave our bikes in its anteroom overnight. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, with lots of choice, including fresh eggs, fruit, cheese, assorted ham and sausage, yogurt, honey, and jam.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, perfectly placed for a motorcycle stopover of one night or several.
