The food was good and the lake view was excellent, but the service ruined the occasion for us. We went on a Sunday evening at around 19:00 and ordered a lovely antipasti plate, which arrived quickly. While we were eating, our pizzas came, so we sent them back. They reappeared two minutes later, and we sent them back again. After we’d finished the starter, the same pizzas were brought over, now hot enough. It felt like we were being hurried along, perhaps because of poor staffing, though that’s no excuse, especially when nobody was queuing to get in. At the table opposite, a woman nearly had her pizza taken away just because she paused to look at the view. After we paid, staff came over to clear everything straight away instead of giving us a couple of minutes to leave. Good food and a beautiful lake view, but we give it one star because of the service.

One star, since there isn’t an option to give zero.

The location is fantastic, and breakfast was wonderful. The only barrier was that I don’t speak German.

What a beautiful, breezy spot overlooking a lovely lake, with outdoor seating. We got so caught up enjoying the setting that we forgot about our food. The Indian food, specially prepared for a group of over 100, was quite decent. A must-visit for Indians and others alike.

We had lunch and dessert at a birthday gathering here. The food was okay, though it could be better. The staff were really friendly.
