The ribs were tender and seasoned so well, and the baked potato was buttery. The steak was juicy too. 10/10, definitely worth trying!

They even had a high chair ready, which made things easy with the kids. Service was quick and friendly, and the Radler was refreshing. The Schwenk Steak with Spätzle was delicious.

It’s in a good location and was clean, plus it was affordable for a last-minute stay. The hotel is dated and basically just a bedroom and bathroom, with no amenities. It could use a refresh, or at least a working TV and coffee available.

Good vibes all around, and thanks for being so welcoming. Best spot in Baumholder by a country mile.

The portions were generous, and the schnitzel was delicious. We really recommend the fried potatoes too. I tried some of the steak my mom ordered, and it was pure perfection. We're tempted to come back for it two nights in a row! I was visiting my parents and craving schnitzel, and this place delivered. If you're around Baumholder, check it out, 10/10 🙌🏾🔥
