A great choice for a weekend or a longer stay. The staff were very friendly, the buffet had fantastic food and lots of options, and the pool and whole spa area were super nice. I'm definitely thinking of coming back in the future.

The accommodation and food were fine, but the wellness break we booked turned out to be a big flop. Cosmetic treatments and massages that had been booked well in advance were canceled at short notice, without even an apology. A hotel this large, which advertises wellness so heavily, even inside the building, should have more than one therapist. I wouldn't recommend this place as a wellness hotel.

The spa is spacious and well equipped, and the indoor pool connects to the outdoor one. It was comfortable even at -6°C. The hotel bar is cozy and has an air-conditioned smoking room. The sports hotel is very nice and conveniently close to the slopes, though parking was somewhat limited when it was fully booked. There were plenty of dining choices, with the hotel's own restaurant and a separate à la carte restaurant offering something for everyone. Booking extra spa treatments such as massages was difficult, with little flexibility.

We stayed five days over New Year's Eve 2025/26. Our room was about 12 square meters, and despite asking several times, we couldn't get a larger one. On three evenings, the appetizer buffet was empty by around 6:40 p.m.; when we asked, they offered some potato salad. We tried repeatedly to reach Ms. Meyer but couldn't speak with her. We want to spare other guests the disappointment and strongly advise against staying here.
