The rooms were comfortable and nicer than I expected for the price. We arrived late for a short overnight stay, and even though we'd arranged to collect our keys from a small safe at the entrance, staff were still around at 11:30 pm and glad to help us at reception and the bar. Breakfast was reasonable, but when I arrived at 8:45, the cooked section had just one shrivelled piece of bacon and a small lump of scrambled egg. I asked for more bacon or sausages and got fresh scrambled egg instead. Something clearly got lost in translation.

The food was so good, and the portions are huge. I was fuller than I can remember being, and you'll probably only manage one meal if you eat there, which you should. The staff are super nice and ready to help anytime. Best hotel I've been to.

The staircase can be confusing, with one door too many, and it's easy to lose your way going downstairs. Still, the rooms were clean, the restaurant was good, and breakfast was good too.

I've stayed here twice. The staff are very nice, the food is really good, and the rooms are okay, clean and pleasant.
