The railway station is very close, which made getting around convenient during our two nights here. We also found the staff friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the spacious rooms had a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. The stay was pleasant overall, though breakfast could be better in both selection and quality. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. There was no bottled water or kettle in the room, and I couldn’t use the sauna, although the sauna area looked well maintained and appealing.

After I missed my connection to Klatovy, the last train of the night, the whole town was shut for the evening. The man who runs the hotel answered late at night and found me a room at the last minute. He was incredibly accommodating, and the service was phenomenal.

We only visited the restaurant, and had a great time. The atmosphere was amazing, the food delicious, and the service excellent. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel staff were especially kind and helpful, and the room was clean. We stayed for two nights and three days, and really enjoyed it. The food was great, and the hotel is about an 11-minute drive from Arber see and six minutes from the Czech republic border. We booked the sauna a few hours ahead; it was clean and relaxing, just the downtime we needed. There’s also table tennis and billiards, both easy to access. I’d certainly recommend this hotel.

We had a smooth, relaxing stay in a comfortable room, and the food was delicious. The personnel were all friendly, smiling, and easy to approach, which made for excellent service. We’d love to come back.
