We had the first-floor Sophie apartment at Friedrichs for three days. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Getting around was easy, with the Bayreuth sights, shopping streets, and restaurants no more than a 10-minute walk away. The Festspielhaus is about a 10-minute drive, and parking in the yard was easy. The owner communicated with us smoothly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were perfectly clear. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The French bed was too small for two and too short for taller people, and we found the mattress too soft. Apart from that, the apartment's amenities were impressive, with two bright, fully renovated rooms, including a bedroom, and a modern kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette. It's on Bayreuth's most beautiful street, right next to the house where Jean Paul spent several years, so the location is fantastic.

Friedrichs is the place to stay if you're visiting Bayreuth. Everything was superb, and the value for money was excellent. If checkout could be one or two hours later, it would be perfect.
