Landhotel Seerose

The breakfast was fabulous, though we wished there had been bacon and scrambled eggs. By 9 o'clock, they had run out of eggs. The place was nicely decorated, and the staff were pleasant. There was also a sauna, but we didn't have time to try it. Our room was cosy, with a large bathroom and bathtub, comfortable beds, towels, soap, a hairdryer, and sweets on the pillow. It's a really quiet location. Highly recommended!

We had a family reunion here, with more than 25 of us at one point, and everything went really smoothly. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating throughout. Parking was easy, the surroundings are lovely, and there's a family-run restaurant within walking distance that serves excellent food. The breakfast buffet could earn five stars on its own. It was fresh and had a great spread, from cereal and fantastic German Brötchen to Lachs. I wasn't keen on the coffee, since I'm used to better coffee in Europe, but nobody else in our group seemed to mind. The meeting room worked perfectly for us, and they provided a projector. Our rooms were cosy, the beds very comfortable, and the bathrooms were just right. Everything was cleaned daily. A few people thought the blankets were too thick for that time of year. I highly recommend the place!

A peaceful spot with comfortable rooms and staff who were very accommodating. It works well as a stop on either a shorter or longer trip. There's plenty of historic stuff nearby, with more places a little farther out for day trips.

Such a pretty place, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The staff are friendly, though reception isn't always staffed. The morning sunlight woke me because the curtains didn't block enough light. I'd still recommend staying here.
