The internet barely worked, which was a disaster for me on the days I needed to work from my room. I was staying in a studio, where I expected a bit more. Rooms, especially on the south side, get unbearably hot, so definitely avoid staying here in summer since there’s no air conditioning.

We had no hot water in the bathroom, which is a serious problem and spoiled what could have been a nice stay. The employee couldn't reach the manager at first, but got through later. He still didn't contact us or offer another room where we could shower. In a follow-up email, they claimed a circuit breaker had tripped, but the apartment's fuse box was open, so it hadn't. After I complained, there was no price reduction. Such a shame.

Cheap, sure, but this is a truly awful budget hotel and I won't be back. The location is just about acceptable, with the city center within walking distance.

We had everything we needed for self-catering in the apartment's kitchen, and despite the busy street, it was quiet. There were two TVs but just one remote, which confused us at first. The key was easy to get from the safe, and there was plenty of parking. Great spot too, with Kaufland, a supermarket, and a large shopping center just a 5-minute walk away.

What a joke. I've been a guest here for a week, and there's been construction work every day. You can't get any peace, even when you're working night shifts. When I called the boss, he just spoke to me rudely. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spend a bit more and go to Mercure Hotel.
