Hotel Ross

I haven't tried the food myself, but it looks good, and people seem to enjoy both their meals and the atmosphere. I often see diners coming back. I visit the bar a lot, and the staff are fantastic, friendly, and always glad to see you. They're helpful too, and will suggest something if you're not sure what to order.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and service was quick. Some minibar items I hadn't used were wrongly charged to my room. It took some effort to sort out, though the issue was eventually resolved. They could pay closer attention to details.

The big rooms and comfortable beds made my short stay pleasant, and the hotel sits right in the center. There's a restaurant and bar with plenty of good wines and other drinks. I was welcomed at the door by the owner, Christine, whose warmth carried through the whole visit. She clearly wants guests to feel special and relaxed, and her friendliness made the place feel like home. Her beloved dog adds to that family feel, too. A wagging tail and friendly bark are small things, but they help make the atmosphere inviting. It felt like more than just a place to sleep, and left me with lovely memories.

Right in the heart of the city, with excellent food and drinks. The service was top notch, and the friendly staff were well mannered and well trained. A relaxing place, kept clean with good hygiene.
