The pool was a big hit with our two grandchildren, and there was room for us to swim a little or just float around. We loved sitting out on the newly renovated terrace, eating and looking over all the greenery. This was our second stay at Fuxbau, and we felt right at home again. Mr. Fux was a friendly host. The quiet village of Wohlau is a lovely place to slow down, with the Dröschkau Heath forest right nearby. In the evenings we spotted deer and hares, and even saw foxes when we got lucky. We also heard a golden oriole and saw an owl. If you’re after nature, peace, and a chance to relax, it’s a great spot.

Mr. Fux and his family make you feel very welcome and are always happy to help. It’s such a lovely, peaceful place that after one stay you’ll want to come back. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Best wishes from the Mieser family.

Everything feels up to date, and there’s a pool too. It’s a peaceful little escape surrounded by nature, just right for switching off. Definitely recommend it.
