Alpenhotel Bergzauber

We came across this lovely place and stayed for two days. The room was clean, there was plenty of parking, and breakfast was included. The hosts were patient and friendly. They let us finish eating after breakfast hours and didn't rush us out of the room when they saw us still eating at the restaurant. We'd come back, 5/5!

Out of our 13-day vacation, this was our favorite place to stay. We were sorry not to have booked another night or two. It's in a great spot away from the busy, noisy downtown, with lovely views and comfortable rooms. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and always on the move. Speaking some German does help. Breakfast was included and amazing, all fresh and tasty. I've never had better sausage links. I was sad we missed our welcome drink, but that was our own fault, lol. We missed our dogs too, but Lilly the house dog cheered us up. We'd originally booked somewhere else, then switched once I found this place. So glad I did!

The service was phenomenal, the food was great and reasonably priced, and we were thrilled to meet the wonderful family and community running the hotel. The mountains made for a perfectly beautiful trip, and the hotel had everything we needed and more. This is a picture-perfect mountain getaway, and you won't regret staying here.

Dinner needs to be ordered before 7pm, and the kitchen closes by 8pm. The staff were great and friendly, spoke very good English, and there's a house dog, Lilly. Breakfast, included in the price, had a wide selection every day. Best of all, the mountains right from the balcony made for a soothing start to the day. This was a great place to relax and unwind from stress. I came home feeling recharged. Highly recommended.
