The food and service were quite good, and the place was really cute. I went to a group holiday party here and had a nice time.

The menu changes often, and the food was delicious. There are lots of wines to choose from, and the wine was very tasty too. This little gem is tucked between vineyards at the edge of town and is very nicely appointed. Service is typically German, so if you're American and hoping for a quick visit, you may need to let them know.

8/10
The setting is idyllic, and the wine tasting was enjoyable. Our host was excellent, mixing knowledge with just the right amount of humour, sharing history without being annoying and facts with some teasing. The wines were great, especially the Gray Burgunder. The food was mediocre, but the atmosphere and surroundings made me care less. A worthwhile experience.

My cousins own this place, and I'd recommend it 10/10. Best winery in all of Germany.
