The balcony view was incredible, and everything else made this a 10/10 stay for us. The bed was comfortable, the shower great, and the rooms spotless. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s a handy base for Eagles nest and Konigsee lake, with shops and restaurants close by. I hardly ever give a perfect score, but this is the best hotel in Germany for me. We loved it and hope to return one day.

We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this is one of the best in a long time. They’re kind and welcome dogs, the rooms are amazing, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. I’d happily recommend it.

Even with the winter weather in September, I really enjoyed my stay. The guest card was handy for traveling around the Berchtesgaden region for free. Breakfast was very good, served in an elegant room, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. A warm, cozy hotel with a great view, even when it was only 7 degrees.

The location makes it easy to reach the access road to the Eagle's Nest and the mountain road Rossfeld, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. We got a hearty welcome from the lovely staff. The rooms have great views from every balcony, and there are seating areas downstairs both indoors and out. Breakfast is included, with fresh Eggs and bacon, plus a very large buffet that they keep replenished. During the day there are drinks in the fridges and fresh cakes in the afternoon. Thanks a lot!

A charming place to stay, and I’d come back if I’m in Berchtesgaden or nearby. The rooms were very clean and well cared for, with a mix of modern features and classic wooden construction. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views from the windows and balconies are lovely. Service was super nice, with everyone doing their best to make us comfortable.
