Apartment Raphaelo Nonntal 8 Apartment

Never again. After an eight-hour drive in traffic with the children, having our booking cancelled was a nightmare. The accommodation provider did agree to a full refund, but that was the only positive part. We’d planned a family vacation in Berchtesgaden from January 2nd to 6th, 2024, and booked through booking.com for two adults and two children. The free text field said the children were 7. My father then decided to join us unexpectedly, so I called and was offered a place for him for just 80 euros extra, outside booking.com. He knew there were two children and three adults. Hours later, when we were nearly there, we got a short message saying we’d entered the children’s ages incorrectly as 0, followed by a new invoice from booking.com. The price had suddenly doubled. We were furious, but luckily found a much cheaper, really nice alternative at short notice, with breakfast included. I strongly advise against this accommodation. What happened was simply unacceptable.

We had a lovely time in this spacious, comfortably furnished holiday apartment. The landlord was very friendly, and the place is well located with a beautiful view.

Mega stay here.
