The restaurant is a real plus, and the beef burger is worth trying. The meat is really good quality. We found the rooms cozy, the staff friendly, and the location convenient. There's also a large, spacious parking area. I'd recommend it.

The hotel was comfortable and really nice, but the loud music from a big wedding went on until 3:00 the night we stayed, so sleeping was impossible. Hosting a wedding is fine, but it should either end at a reasonable time or guests should be told before they book a room.

The hotel is in the middle of the island, with beaches about 15 min by car, and it has a big parking lot. Our renewed room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast and our stay. But the checkout turned stressful. At 11 am, while we were still trying to close a bag with a stuck zipper, staff kept knocking and came to open the door, apparently eager to start cleaning. My husband asked for five more minutes, then at least two, but was told we would have to pay to stay longer. The man walked off annoyed without answering. I got the zipper shut and we left at 11:09. There was no extra charge, but that tense exchange left a bad end to an otherwise very nice stay. We were on vacation, and guests can't be expected to move like machines at an exact minute.

The staff were polite and helpful, and there was a good range of high-quality food and plenty of amenities. The hotel itself is nicely done and well located on Rugen. I had only positive things to say about the stay.
