The hotel is on the main street, so evenings are loud, and it's a long way from the beach. Getting to the nicer places takes at least 1.5 to 2 hours by bus or train, with extra fares, which means spending a lot of time just travelling. The owners aren't friendly either. Be careful, since they may cancel or change your booking at the last minute. I can't recommend it.

The host gave us a very warm welcome, and breakfast was great. The apartments are centrally located, with well-kept, nicely equipped rooms, balconies, and corridors.

The heating stopped working during our two-night winter stay, which can happen, but we couldn't get anyone to answer our repeated calls. Thanks to the kitchen staff's efforts, a repair was finally arranged for the next day. We were left in the cold from 4 pm Thursday until noon Friday. The only thing included was breakfast, yet we were charged the full €340. The owner called it an act of God, offered neither a room change nor a price reduction, and didn't apologize. She was very unfriendly when she came by on Saturday to collect payment, saying that not paying the full amount would be fraud. It cost €85 per person per night.

We felt completely unwelcome. In winter, every room in our apartment was only about 16°C, with the radiators freezing cold even turned all the way up, and the temperature was still falling. When we called, they first insisted that couldn't be happening and said a technician wouldn't come on Sunday. After 6 pm, we had to keep asking what could be done before they reluctantly offered us another room, as if we were causing trouble. The replacement was dated, had no trash can, a shower curtain, and a bathroom fan that dripped. The toilet paper roll had soaked up the leak underneath. The next day, someone came by and turned our heating down, though they hadn't cleaned or made the beds. That was apparently the service we got. They seem very keen on saving money.
