Maria and Lutz are a very nice family and lovely hosts. Their genuine guesthouse is in a beautiful location, handy for visiting Salzburgo. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We've never had better-cooked eggs at breakfast, and we should definitely come back.

The apartments have plenty of space, a small kitchen, and an amazing view. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the owner is so warm and friendly. We traveled off-season and found it really good value. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the staff were very attentive. I'd love to come back.

The room is clean, and the cleaning is thorough, but the rooms are outdated. In my first one, the bed slats were loose, the shower took forever to warm up, and the toilet needed securing. My employer has now put me here again, and the room is different but still has problems: the window doesn't tilt, the bedside lamp is broken, and the TV only gets public broadcasting channels. The furniture is so old that calling it "quaint" feels generous; it looks like discarded furniture that's seen better days. To air the room, you have to open the balcony door all the way, which lets smoke from people in nearby rooms into your sleeping area. I can't say much about the service, but the issues I mentioned weren't fixed. I honestly don't understand how the ADAC and Varta can recommend this place.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and they even brought us a pot of tea. Our room was really tidy and beautiful. The staff were super friendly, happy to chat, and gave us tips for things to do. Staying an extra night was no problem at all. Highly recommended!
