JUNA

We went there to look at the car, and the man had nothing to do in the back, but he still kept us waiting for an hour before saying the car was only for export. They tried to get around the legal warranty. Incredibly simple.

My wife and I had an appointment to get our tires changed, but the visit started with no greeting and a rude tone. They immediately told us to hand over the keys so they could put the car on the lift. After my wife read the Google reviews, we decided at the last minute to go elsewhere. The owner then raised his voice and pressured us to stay, even though we hadn't handed over the keys. I've never encountered a customer being treated with such rudeness. All I can say is: stay away from Juna Automobile!

I went to this garage to have my wheels balanced. Everything seemed fine at first: after they lifted my car, the side sill had only a slight dent, and they removed two wheels. They couldn't balance them because they were too dirty, which I understand, so they put them back on and cleaned them. Then he said the charge was 20 euros just for removing and reinstalling the two wheels. If I could, I'd give zero stars.

I called about the Braun BMW 530D F11 after seeing it listed again at the same price, with its right-side damage repaired. When we first looked at it, that side was damaged, and the dealer tried to conceal the repair when I called. They had refused to reduce the price despite the damage; the boss said, “If I get the damage repaired, I'll still get €19,000 for the car.” It has now been repaired, which only reinforces my view that they prefer making a low offer to potential customers over dealing honestly. The BMW 5 Series was originally advertised by the company for €1,000 less, too. Private buyers apparently aren't allowed to negotiate here, though dealers might get a discount. Other dealers I know negotiate with private buyers and usually charge dealers a fixed price, except at Juna Automobile. With these two, nothing happens. What brilliant logic. The salesman was rude and lied to us. They made fun of me, deleted comments and even photos I had posted as evidence, and the BMW shown in the picture below had extensive right-side damage that was repaired. And please explain what false information I supposedly gave. Don't twist things to suit yourselves. The owner of this shop was talking to customers with his mouth full. You don't talk with your mouth full. Then he found my old Mercedes on Mobile.de and showed me the cheapest rusty wreck, saying mine was worthless. Honestly, I could have shown him straight away what their vehicle was worth. I wasn't alone, and afterward I got confirmation of what a disreputable business this is. The owner's long reply, full of excuses and accusations that I made things up, just confirms to me what a bad, disreputable car salesman he is.
