The room was pretty small, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Payment was card only, with no cash or QR code option. They should allow more ways to pay, since people often prefer digital wallets and physical cards can be vulnerable to RFID skimming.

There are lots of good restaurants nearby, and buses and trams are just a two-minute walk away. The hotel seems best suited to business travellers or people who'll be out most of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. I had a good stay.

The breakfast was good, but the room layout was strange. The toilet was in a tiny separate room with no window or ventilation, connected to the bedroom. The sink and shower were right by the entrance, behind the bed, so after using the toilet I had to walk across the whole room to wash.

It's only a two-minute walk to the city center, which is great. There was no kettle, freezer or anything like that. Drunk people nearby were shouting at night, and it was really hard to sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed one night for a business trip. The room was small and the breakfast was OK, but the hotel was fine for the price.
