Getting the key from the safe made arrival and departure easy. The holiday apartment is small, quiet, clean, and furnished with a lot of care and comfort. It’s in the basement, which keeps it cool on hot days. There’s a tasty bakery almost right across the street. The only drawback for us was that the beds are twins, though we could have noticed that beforehand. 🙈 I’d still recommend it.

Thank you for the accommodation, Eck family! The room is so large that it would probably be called a suite in a hotel. Getting to Cologne is easy too, with tram line 1 only a few minutes’ walk away.

We’d gladly stay here again. The landlady is very nice, and the clean, thoughtfully furnished apartment has everything you need. The key box makes check-in and check-out hassle-free. It’s on a quiet side street with public parking available.

We stayed in this basement apartment overnight on our way to Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN). It has everything you need and would work well for a longer stay too. The mattresses were too soft for us, though. The landlady was friendly.

For the price and location, this is truly top-notch. I’d almost keep it to myself so it would always be available. Hopefully I’ll be back soon! 😁
