Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt

We didn’t stay here ourselves, but my friends did, and compared with where we were staying, this place felt five-star. It’s right by the station, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms looked great, and the team was so welcoming. The reception staff and Melissa went above and beyond, showing us the rooms and taking us around the property.

The rooms suit a family and the location is really good. We stayed four nights, and since housekeeping comes every three days, it would have been better if the room had been serviced after two. The jacuzzi no longer works. Still, it’s a great location and I’d recommend it for a travelling family.

The location is excellent and the price is quite good for it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and breakfast is delicious. Beds are comfortable, and the towel warmer in the bathroom dries towels fast. The shower pressure isn’t ideal, though the shower head is designed for low pressure. Cleaning is every three days, which can make the rubbish tricky if you cook. Cleanliness is okay for a four-star place, and the cleaning staff are super friendly. I’d come back!

The location is right in the center, just what a traveler hopes for. The hotel is first-rate in its equipment and supplies, and the food is delicious with plenty of variety. The staff are excellent, responsive, and caring, and seem to understand what you need without a word. My compliments.
