We paid a premium to stay here over New Year’s and had a room with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was decent, but the cleaning fell below standard. Just rearranging a duvet doesn’t count as cleaning. We had to request housekeeping, since it otherwise comes every three days, and there was no fresh toilet paper. The pool was too cold to be comfortable, and the sauna wasn’t working. For five-star prices, the experience felt more like three-star quality. I wouldn’t stay again for that amount.

Michel Gottschalk at reception deserves special thanks. He was professional, kind, and ready to help, and made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Mitte. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for either a short or longer stay, and the location made it easy to get around the city. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a huge help while travelling around Europe. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

I booked through the hotel’s website about 15 to 39l0 days in advance and entered my card details. For some reason, I couldn’t stay, and I’d forgotten the hotel had my card information. I didn’t get a reminder before check-in day, then was shocked to find they’d charged me for one full day. I asked three times for them to reconsider, but they refused to refund me. I also said they should have sent a reminder at least three days before check-in, and they replied that they weren’t required to do so. Please be careful. Booking through Booking.com may be better, as I found them more professional than Adina.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was cool, dark, and quiet at night, with good walls. Housekeeping checked on us several times, and the water was hot. It was an easy walk to many places. Our baby boy’s first trip became a meaningful time for us. Special thanks to the manager, Katherine, for kindly taking photos of us after the marathon.
