Being in Berlin again, I'd choose this place without hesitation. There are plenty of businesses nearby, and the room was better than I expected. It was clean, and you could control most things, like the lights and blinds, on a touchscreen.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the rooms get a deep clean, especially the drains, and an upgrade. The drains smelled awful, the room wasn't clean, and every dispenser was empty. We got one single quilt and one pillow, with nothing for washing dishes. The balcony had nowhere to sit, and the doors needed a hard slam to lock. The taps turned on by themselves, the lights switched on and off, and some bedside lights wouldn't come on at all. The electronics generally didn't work properly, and I didn't feel the hotel was safer than home. The room situation was odd too. I was first put in a studio. When I asked why it didn't match the pictures online and why someone else's name appeared on the screen, they moved me to a much larger room and said it was the same room type. Well, this place really makes you wonder whether reviews can be trusted.

The room had plenty of space, but it wasn't as clean as I'd expected. I couldn't use the AC panel because it kept asking for a PIN. There was just one soap for hands, showering, and hair. Honestly, I've had more options at some hostels.

The equipment is new, nice, and sufficient, but the room could have been cleaner. We could hear a dog barking in another room, which was pretty annoying. On the morning we were due to leave, housekeeping kept knocking even though checkout time hadn't arrived and we were still inside.
