Albergo Pensione

Stay away from this place!!!!!

The rooms smelled strongly of stale, cold smoke, and the bedding reeked of sweat and had other guests’ hair on it. We asked for fresh bedding, but that smelled just the same. I felt incredibly nauseous the next morning and was so relieved when we finally left. We had to book here because nowhere else was available. I can only agree with the other negative reviews about the lack of cleanliness. I can't understand why the owners haven't done anything about it. It's absolutely disgusting and unbelievable.

Breakfast included butter packets that were past their expiration date. The advertised parking in front of the hotel is public, so a space isn't always available. The room was dirty, with an unvacuumed carpet and hair from previous guests still in the sink. There was mold in the shower, old wallpaper peeling from the wall, worn mattresses, and furnishings from the 70s. It wasn't worth the price.

The water gets hot, Wi-Fi is available, and breakfast is something to look forward to. But I can't recommend the place. The wiring is haphazard, there’s no smoke detector, the TV is tiny, the electrical outlet is broken, and the tiny bathroom has no sink. There’s also nowhere lockable to store e-bikes. In room 2, the faucet leaks and water drips onto the floor under the sink. I’m surprised it hasn’t dripped through the ceiling into the room below.
